Bio
My journey as a math and economics tutor began during my time at Wake Forest University, where I earned my degree in Mathematical Economics. What started as helping friends with their math, economics, and statistics assignments quickly evolved into formal tutoring roles through the Honors Math and Economics Programs. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with students from lower school to college, assisting with a wide range of subjects including pre-algebra, calculus, statistics, probability, and economic theory.
What truly drives me as a tutor is my passion for making complex subjects more accessible. I’ve developed a personalized approach to tutoring, where I create custom practice problems to reinforce concepts based on each student's unique needs and learning style. My goal is to not just help students solve problems but to build their confidence and deepen their understanding.
In every session, I focus on clarity, interactivity, and ensuring students feel empowered to take on academic challenges. I also collaborate closely with parents to keep everyone aligned on progress and goals. Whether you're preparing for an exam or need extra help with homework, I’m excited to help you succeed and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
